Shipping & Logistics S

"ORDER BY 10AM EST MONDAY-THURSDAY FOR SAME DAY SHIPPING. Orders received from Thursday at 10am EST through Sunday are shipped the following Monday.

Local? No problem! During the check-out process select "Curbside Pick-Up" and schedule your pick-up date and time. We'll have your order waiting for you at 1588 Townfield Drive, Cape Charles, VA.

Once received, unpack your oysters and store in the refrigerator until you're ready to eat them. If you're not planning on consuming them right away, give 'em a little extra tender love and care by arranging them cupped side down on a tray with a damp towel on top. Oysters last up to 7-10 days if properly handled and stored. "

Unfortunately, some states (CT, ME, MA, NH, NY, RI, VT) do not allow clams smaller than 1" across the hinge to be shipped into their state. You will need to purchase the Middleneck size if shipping to those states. Suck it up and deal with it... or run for Congress on a pro-clam platform... the choice is yours.

We raise the best tasting littleneck and middleneck clams in the world thanks to the pristine waters they're grown in. All of our clams are purged in our state of the art wet storage system for industry leading cleanliness and shelf life. Our clams are grit-free!

Misty Points: The "Filet Mignon" of our oysters - Our finest oysters, these are harvested from the salty, ocean flushed waters around Virginia's Eastern Shore. Tumbled by wind and tide, they offer unparalleled shuckability, uniformity, and a higher meat-to-shell ratio. Learn more.

Chunus: The Cocktail "Bottoms Up" oyster - Misty's little sister, Chunu oysters are for the discerning oyster lover. These cocktail oysters are a perfect first course, and are similar in size and shape to the well-known Kumamoto oyster. Learn more.

Chincoteague Salts: The Saltwater Cowboy's Oyster - Grown in the salty waters surrounding Chincoteague Island and Assateague National Wildlife Refuge, a genuine Salt Water Cowboy raises these tasty treats. A slightly larger cultured oyster than most, prepare your palate for bites brimming with invigorating salt.  Learn more.

Little Bitches: Our Neediest Oysters - These smaller oysters are approachable, but add the salt and sass the Tidewater area of Virginia is famous for with the perfect balance between sweetness and brine. Their beautiful shape and deep cup were so difficult to produce that oystermen often referred to them as "little bitches" and the name stuck! As Shakespeare would say: "Though she be but little, she is fierce." - A Midsummer Night's Dream Learn more.

Watch House Points: Our Historic Oyster - These are grown on the historic Watch House Point oyster grounds located on the southern tip of the Eastern Shore of Virginia near the Atlantic Ocean. This area is known for its beautiful waters and great tasting shellfish. These are great roasting oysters, as their shells can be difficult to open for the novice shucker. Learn more.
